The hotel has a great location, close to convenient spots with wonderful service but lacks in room quality and dining options. The price is reasonable considering the amenities available.

The hotel is conveniently located near Maple Ridge, and it's very close to the Arts Theatre, which was perfect for my visit to see relatives in the area. The rooms had a few issues like the smell of old cigarette smoke and some cleanliness concerns but were in line with what I paid. The service was hit or miss, friendly at times but lacking attention to details like acknowledging my booking. The dining options were decent, with fresh breakfast choices but a bit on the cheap side. Overall, the location was convenient for my needs, although I had to drive a bit for food options.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The two-room suite was spacious and had a full sitting area, but the presence of cigarette smoke was off-putting.
